DtC Specialist (Medical industry)

Our client is a Global supplier of Medical Consumables, serving the healthcare industry for years. They are looking for an energetic Direct to Consumer Specialist to support their Sales function in Hong Kong

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers independently.
• Proactively follow up with customers via telephone and promote company products directly.
• Address product inquiries, complaints, and provide troubleshooting and coaching to end-users.
• Achieve monthly goals for call activity and meet sales targets.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to accurately maintain customer records, profiles, and process orders.
• Provide support to the sales team.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrates passion, a positive attitude, maturity, patience, and a results-driven mindset.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Training on products and techniques will be provided.
