Our client is a well-known supreme automotive brand, they are now seeking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.


Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer touchpoints fulfill internal customer service standards  

• Provide administrative support to Sales team to facilitate a smooth operation and comply with audit requirements 

• Maintain a clean and amicable environment of the reception

• Support Showroom events and Car shows to be organized smoothly

• Perform Cashier role to verify the payment amount, and collect the payment accurately and faultlessly

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor



Experience

• Diploma or any related disciplines

• 2 years’ experience in Hospitality / Tourism/ Customer Service field will be an advantage

• Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and self-motivated

• Presentable, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Shift duty is required
