Our client is a well known global company and they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to cope with their business


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support (hardware and software troubleshooting) 
  • Manage all installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and recommend proper solutions.
  • Work with technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Training will be provided

Experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT (troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment, hardware and software)
  • Must be responsible, always learning and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in Cantonese / Mandarin
  • Fresh Graduate is also welcome.
