Deputy Manager - Engineering

My client is a MNC company, their headquarter is in France. They are operating a transport in Hong Kong more than 40 years.

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor the performance of the maintenance team and provide feedback and coaching as required.
• Ensure that all maintenance records are kept up to date and accurate.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and standards.
• Drive change management and cultural transformation initiatives to improve the efficiency

• At least 7 years of experience in a maintenance role
• Knowledge of LEAN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in driving change management and cultural transformation initiatives.

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
