To assist in coordination, support and implementation of various training and procurement activities and operation, which includes:
liaison with instructors and trainees, performance management, etc.;
training policy research, analysis, formulation, etc.;
administration and logistics supports to events;
and other clerical and administrative duties.
Job Duties:
planning, coordinating and implementing publicity campaigns and programs;
coordinating event logistics, implementing marketing projects, e.g. promotions, publications, video production etc. ;
providing administrative support;
preparing reports, meeting notes, presentation, schedules etc. ;
handling other duties as assigned by supervisors.
