Our client is a leading energy company. They are looking for a Human Resource Associate to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the HR Team, ranging from manpower planning, recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding arrangement, training and development
  • Administer various HR systems and programs, including but not limit to HR information system, medical scheme, and provident fund scheme
  • Support the cultivation and maintenance of harmonious employee relations by providing various HR services, including handling general employees’ enquiries and requests, handling industrial accidents / sickness cases, and organizing ER related activities, etc.
  • Compile and analyze HR related statistics and reports
  • Maintain an updated, efficient and effective central filing system
  • Identify and recommend areas for improvement on systems, procedures and practices, etc
  • Provide support to ad hoc assignments/projects as and when required

Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience; or DSE / HKCEE graduate with 5 passes including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience plus Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience with sizeable organization(s).
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Basic knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of labor related ordinances and regulations.
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office applications. Experience in using EDMS / SAP EFMS / EHRS modules would be an advantage.
  • Result oriented, meticulous, and with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, independent, customer–oriented and able to work under pressure
