Head of Finance

Our client is a well known education and rehabilitation organization, they are now seeking to hire the Head of Finance to join their organization. 

• Develop finance strategy; participate in formulating the three-year/five-year strategic plan and conduct financial projections in the short, medium, and long term.
• Oversee finance functions, including accurate and timely production of financial and management information reports, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and analysis.
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures to enhance operational efficiencies and manage financial and business risks.
• Monitor the financial performance of various funding projects to ensure compliance with accounting and reporting procedures of funding bodies.
• Provide treasury function/cash management for the organization and oversee the organization's overall investment to ensure compliance with the organization's investment policy.
• Serve as Secretary to the Finance Committee and implement the decided policies.

• Minimum 10 years working experience in accounting at managerial level in sizable NGO preferable
• Certified Public Accountant
• Good organization and problem solving skills, good leadership and communication skills

• University graduate in accounting or related discipline
