Our client is a MNC capital investment company in Central


Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for all reception duties and office administration tasks 
  • Take part of OA and Assistant's role if needed
  • Consolidate & compare vendors' quotations, get approval, place order
  • Arrange maintenance for office facilities/ equpiment with BMO/ vendor, including Liaise with supplier the date of office cleaning monthly & quarterly
  • Arranging company activities, such as birthday lunch, year-end party, etc.
  • Liaise w/ vendor for invoices settlement
  • Administration to IT Department
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments



Experience

  • 5 years of experience in an office management and support position, preferably in a finance company
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
