Senior Manager – Outsourcing Project

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with clients to provide robust HR solutions including business planning, budget, resources planning, payroll administration and HR advice.  
• Lead, manage and drive the on-site and off-site teams to provide necessary resources and services to support client’s events and operations
• Monitor and control allocation of project resources, maintaining financial and progress forecasting in order to ensure projects delivery
• Oversee the operational workload of the project team ensuring allocated resources are fully utilized in order to deliver against agreed project schedule
• Develop and maintain good rapport with clients and key stakeholders and identify potential business opportunities for the company

Requirements:

• University Degree in business-related disciplines 
• Minimum of 5 years working experience with management experience is highly preferred
• Track record in clients' services and building rapport with colleagues and management team
• Excellent communication/presentation skills
• Outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with all levels of people
• Self-motivated and result driven
• Fluent in spoken and written of English and Cantonese
