Operations (Analytics) Executive

Our client is an American mobility as a service provider looking for an Operations (Analytics) Executive 

to join their team.

• Develop & Optimize Processes. Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps. Own processes and constantly seek to improve them
• Project Management. You drive projects from beginning to end and deliver the results. 
• Analytics. Utilize data to understand user behavior and areas for improvement in our marketplace dynamics regarding driver and rider retention, efficiency and potential product launches
• Develop and design creative and informative email content and approaches to sustain and grow the brand locally

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in business intelligence, management consulting, or data analytics with moderate to high level of SQL experience
• Master’s degree / MBA welcome
• Strong project management skills - You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
• A data-driven and analytical mindset - You examine data and know the right questions to ask to get to actionable outcomes
• Curiosity - You love learning how things work and always look for innovative solutions to develop and improve processes
•  A strong sense of empathy - You will be an excellent advocate for Uber's users and are passionate about the community experience
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Excellent Excel and SQL skills are must
