• Carry out routine data management activities to ensure customer data integrity and data quality, e.g. data inputting, data cleansing, data reporting;
• Handle correspondences to ensure prompt response to customer data requests and bounced back bills;
• Process customer data requests from both internal and external parties;
• Assist to review and analyse the personal data in databases/ repositories to ensure customer data protection;
• Provide efficient and effective clerical services including filing, scanning, system data inputting and simple statistics compilation and reporting;
• Conduct researches on risk management and data protection;
• Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisors

These may include but not limited to chasing up overdue payments via telephone and email, resolving customer queries and issues, managing the Days Sales Outstanding figure, prepare journal entries, assisting the month end, highlighting problem customers to management, and assessing company risks

• Assist and coordinate general administrative task ranging from procurement, printing matters, repair & maintenance, office cleaning and pantry services 
• Coordinate and maintain good customer service with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage room booking system, equipment booking system
