• Ensure the collections and payment transactions are handled timely and are accurately recorded

• Oversee the entire onboarding process for new clients, actively follow up with both bank Mainland branches and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with front office/ bank Mainland branches, responsible for client account opening as a maker
• Conduct initial KYC reviews, screening existing and new clients for negative news and sanctions
• Perform variety of back office support functions, such as customer     account maintenance, document filing and etc.

• Develop detailed requirements and interface specifications using a variety of techniques
