• Attends all vessels, including international cruises in Hong Kong and southern China in order to ensure that they are in compliance with all pre-arrival and departure formalities.
• Supervises and coordinates with sub-contractors, consignees/surveyors or other local parties related to vessel/cargo operations, bunkering, crew change, crew medical assistance, spare parts shipment/delivery Cash-To-Master.
• Compiles and submits port disbursement account to Principals/Owners for reimbursement.
• Reports timely the work progress to Principals/Owners/Management of the company.

• Develop timelines, and ensure progress, as well as tracks and communicates critical project achievements and/or risk
• Define, plan and coordinate work teams including activities of cross- functional teams and lead through influence to ensure project timelines are met; Schedule and facilitate meetings
• Lead collaborative project review meetings to highlight significant updates, assess risks and risk mitigation plans while providing project status to key stakeholders

• Assisting in renovation of fruits production premises
• Coaching and supervising the QA team in R&D and QA duties
• Handling complaints and troubleshooting quality issues of products

• Supporting purchasing of equipment and materials for production and QA activities
