As an Assistant Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for all leasing matters at our grade-A shopping mall. Your role is responsible for all leasing activities including leasing strategy, new and existing lettings, market research, and budgeting.

• Ensure the property’s customer service, maintenance, security, and cleaning is maintained to a satisfactory level.
• Pre-management preparations, operations set-up, and property takeover and handover.
• Preparing budget reports and ensuring control of income and expenditures.
• Monitor contractors and outsource services to ensure service quality is satisfactory.
• Maintain relationships with owners, residents and committees whilst responding to their inquiries and ensuring their requirements are addressed.
• Ensure services and operations are compliant with ordinance, regulations, and company standards.

• Responsible for all leasing and tenancy matters such as including new lettings, renewals, term negotiations, marketing, budgeting and tenancy administrative work.
• Assist management to formulate strategic plans to achieve the business objectives.
• Conduct indepth market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate premises takeover & handover, fitting-out, and renovation.
• Create reports for rental forecast as well as leasing report preparation.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of one of our high-grade penthouse units. You will manage all day-to-day property operations including inquiry handling from residents, manage property handover / takeover matters, and motivating the team to ensure the premises is in good condition.

• Conduct pre-handover unit inspections and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Prepare handover related documents and materials for each handover.
• Handle general enquirers and complaints on handover and defect rectification, and take follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure all defect rectification works conducted in a timely manner.
• Prepare handover/defect records and reports.
• Perform ad hoc assignments

• You will be responsible for providing comprehensive property management at a grade A commercial building.
• You will be the first point of contact with external partners to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective services in accordance with establishment requirements.
• You will regularly conduct inspection of the commercial building, assisting in daily building and car park management duties.
• You will supervise the property management team, leading them to provide excellent customer service.
• You will work flexible working hours.
