• Responsible for providing administrative support in Employee benefits claims team
• Handle routine claims administrative support including filling, preparing report, issuing letters etc.
• Assist on claims related processing and data entry.
• Assisting the team to achieve performance standards and improving work processes.

• Process data and perform quality checking
• Provide customer service to clients and/or respond clients' verbal and written enquiries
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation

• Handle customer and agency's enquires via inbound call, email and walk in
• Provide effective post sales call to customers to follow up their customer journey

• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints via telephone, live chat and emails
