• Provide technical support, entry into service support and AOG services to customers;
• Support light-line maintenance execution as well as heavy-line maintenance coordination with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO);
• Provide maintenance training and advisory support to clients;
• Coordination of consignment stock and inventory management;
• Support of the customer service sales process through technical clarification and potential improvements to the customer;
• Responsible for the coordination of all customer service customer meetings including management level meetings, operation and scheduling meetings and coordination with MROs services; and
• Warranty analysis and support, cost calculation and immediate actions responsible for weekly reporting.

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor the performance of the maintenance team and provide feedback and coaching as required.
• Ensure that all maintenance records are kept up to date and accurate.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and standards.
• Drive change management and cultural transformation initiatives to improve the efficiency

• Responsible for supporting the design engineering, installation, T&C & ESH
• Follow the installation readiness and ensure the installation task on the project quality
• Comply the compliance and ensure the ESH & PPE procedure smooth
• Perform report duty, include but not limited to daily report, ESH report & handover report 

• Closely work with sales for project opportunity specification and technically interact with key influencer for DCS product spec-in.
• Engage technically with key partners/influencers in the responsible area through educating, problem solving and collaborations.
• Be responsible to support project management service, including training, blueprint review, substrate testing, on site quality control inspections, and project warranties.
• Provide application guidance and quality issue technical support.
• Support new product launches and market introductions providing technical expertise and knowledge.
• A fair amount of travelling in responsible area (HK, Macau, South China, etc.)

Reporting to the Electronic Engineer, your major job duties will include:

• Conduct technical supports, fault finding, assist the implementation of improvement solutions and incident investigation of all Electrical and Electronic (EE) equipment in the Cable Car System
• Coordinate and work with different parties in carrying out all technical activities and site works in the Cable Car System
• Assist Electronic Engineer for planning and scheduling of equipment maintenance activities and asset replacement in the cable car system
• Assist on setting up the EE spare part categories and identification of spare part requirements
• Perform the role of Cable Car Operator under the Ropeways Ordinance for operating the Cable Car System on need basic

• Provides technical expertise to sales reps, key accounts, and retailers during sales process
• Offers technical input for bid proposals, projects, and documents; identifies sales opportunities
• Performs technical sales support at customer sites and collaborates with sales teams
• Provides post-sale technical support for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Advises customers on product maintenance and configuration adjustments
• Responds to customer questions and provides product and technical training
• Responsible for new product application and testing
• Prepares technical documentation for presales, sales, and after-sales.

• Work with sales team on business plan execution to meet the timeline
• Liaise with suppliers and communicate with team members on project delivery to ensure on-time scheduling 
• Work closely with supply chain on stock inventory is all replenished such as spare parts, tooling accessories and medical equipment, maintaining all documentation procedure is smooth and up to the standards 
• Perform device installation, prevention and maintenance for internal and field technical support to meet customer service standards
• Provide training for customers in terms of in-service instruction
• Ad-hoc projects as needed and travelling within HK market only

• Perform aircraft maintenance certification and defect rectification;
• Supervise a mechanic team and allocate of work according to the daily work assignment;
• Ensure all maintenance works on aircraft, engine, component and equipment are recorded and carried out properly in the shift;
• Record defect findings with proper action handling and rectification;
• Ensure work performed in accordance with an approved maintenance data;
• Ensure all maintenance works are performed by using an approved material;
• Provide training to mechanic for aircraft maintenance expertise enhancement
• Assist engineer team leader to monitor and coordinate with MRO in controlling the aircraft fleet technical status;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including AOG spare part inspection and receiving, riding engineer duty, outstation duty and heavy maintenance check on-site support; 
• Assist MCC to establish the fleet aircraft’s defect data base

• Responsible for network design, implementation and maintenance, preferably in Traffic Control and Surveillance System discipline
• Coordinate and interface with external systems and sub systems
• Site work is required
