• Managing recruiting materials and job posting through various recruiting channels

• Conducting proactive search for qualified candidates by using social media, job board database, referrals etc.

• Conducting interviews and assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes

• Arranging and coordinating interviews for hiring managers

• Effectively communicating the job duties and requirements to the candidates with high transparency and consistency at all stages

• Promoting Company brand, acting as a brand ambassador for KPL and helping the business to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

• Responsible for supporting the design engineering, installation, T&C & ESH
• Follow the installation readiness and ensure the installation task on the project quality

• Take ownership of the commercial process from the site tour onwards until the final closing of the deal for our inbound leads.
• Efficiently and intelligently generate outbound interest through both inside and outside sales methods.
• Maintain quality data entry in CRM, ensuring accurate and up to date information on potential sales opportunities and notes based on latest status.
• Be well versed and knowledgeable on the company's value propositions, articulately explain and answer questions to opportunities
• Complete a high volume of daily site tours, follow-up communication through different channels and other meetings.
• Work closely with our Sales Development Representative team and Sales Manager to generate leads and close deals.

• Process transactions for corporate customers and ensure all transactions can be completed before internal and external deadlines (such as HKICL, and other market defined deadlines). Transaction nature range from general banking transactions to Treasury and Investment Products.
•   Perform time deposits, inward and outward cheques clearing, and standing orders for corporate customers,
•  Establish and settle Currency Linked Premium Deposits, Interest Rate Swap, NDF transactions and Structure Deposits for customers
• Liaise and resolve operational issues timely with Relationship Managers and related parties (including business and Legal and Compliance areas)
• Support ad hoc tasks

• Provide financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial and business analysis to the Finance Office
• Conduct month-end closing procedures including the preparation and review of full sets of financial statements and related accounting records
• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all financial transactions
• Annual statutory financial audit preparation 
• Assist in strengthening financial and management reporting systems, internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Manage cash management and investment accounting
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

• Able to teach young children aged 6 months to 6 years old 
• Able to communicate with parents, evaluate and report students’ performance
• Manage and in charge of classroom operation
• Handle curriculums planning and preparation of teaching materials 
• Host various events (like parents evening and other education seminars) 
• Assist in administrative duties and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
