Our client, a reputable and expanding Skincare & Cosmetic Company, with over thousands of frontline and office staff in HK and China, is looking for a high caliber incumbent to be their CFO, Greater China:(CEN-CS)

Reporting to the MD of the company, the incumbent will supervise 40+ Finance staffs in HK and China. They are looking for someone with IPO exposure, knowledge in Company Secretarial duties and investment vechical. He/ she has to look after the entire Finance function of the company: P&L, Treasury, budgeting and forecast, cash management, Internal control, Internal Operation etc. He/ she has to assist the company expansion and business development within the APAC region and US. He/ she will work closely with Dept heads – for instance, the Top Management, Marketing, Operation and HR Head.

The incumbent should have at least 15-20 years of experience in Finance & Accounting field. Have experience in FMCG, Retail or Consumer related sectors as the senior Finance management staff. He/ she should be energetic and self-driven, able to work in fast-paced environment with good stress coping skill. He/ she is expected to be a highly strategic person with strong business and finance sense. Someone who is adaptable to changes and flexible is strong expected. He/ she should possess strong leadership skills and a good team player. Moreover, he/ she should have passion in Retail industry/ Cosmetic sector.
