Our client is Multi-national Garment Accessories provider. To cope with their expansion, they are inviting high caliber candidate to join their team. (TST-PL)

• Responsible for handle the order arrangement for the assigned key customers
• Monitor the order status and shipment delivery schedule, ensure the order fulfillment is on customer satisfaction level
• Coordinate with shipping team and planning team on order status monitoring
• Provide the regular updated sales reports to the management and customers
• Liaise with internal customer team and vendor for order re-arrangement

• University graduate or above.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in multi-national company, with supervisory level exposure would consider as Team leader role
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused, high flexibility and able to meet tight deadline
• Self-motivated, customer oriented and systematic
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
