Our client, a MNC is now urgently seeking a High qualified Data & System Admin to join their HK operation teams. (CEN-CT)

• Responsible for providing Business Admin Support and IT Support
• Update, maintain and manage data, report and business & market information
• Coordinate and help team to follow-through orders, shipping, billing and collection matters with order, operation and accounting/finance colleagues
• Liaise with customers and internal colleagues in doing scheduling and build and maintain good relationship with customers administrative persons
• Support account managers in executing promotional events and liaise with media on promotion issue

• Form 5 or above with 2-4 years relevant experience
• Experienced in general IT Support with good knowledge and skills in computer software usage such as Microsoft words, excel, access, powerpoint
• Possess General Secretarial knowledge
• Proficient in writing and speaking English and Chinese
• IMMEDIATE available will be an advantage
