Our client is one of European based freight forwarding company. To cope with their expansion, they are inviting high caliber candidate to join their team. (TST-TM)

• Manage and drive the Company’s Sales Team and the Development of freight forwarding services in Hong Kong. To acquire and to develop major customers within Hong Kong and Southern China.
• Create a sales strategy for the Company’s Freight Forwarding Services.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships across multiple levels and functions in Hong Kong.
• Coordinate account relationships and monitors between major accounts inside and outside Hong Kong.
• To uphold the company’s mission in striving for superior professional service quality.
• Foster knowledge and implementation of the sales & marketing ‘Best Practices’ methods within the Sales & Marketing Team and support the sharing of information within the Company.
• Focus on ‘prepaid’ business for all sales & marketing activities.
• To closely liaise and collaborate with the Hong Kong Company’s operational management of Supply Chain Solutions and Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding Services.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Management Team and ensure information exchanges take place, so ultimate business targets of the Company are met.
• Focus on the ultimate objective to increase the Company’s market share in Hong Kong and to achieve Gross Margin

• University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant Sales and Marketing experience in Freight Forwarding, particularly with at least 5 years or above as senior management level
• Experience from multi-national company is preferred
• Business acumen, self-motivated, result-oriented
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficiency in PC operation
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
