Our client is one of Asian leading distributor and Licensor for American casual wear and leisure brand. To cope with their expansion, they are inviting high caliber candidate to join their team. (TST-AC)

• Responsible for product development, sourcing and quality assurance of the product lines to ensure high quality standard, efficiency delivery and commercial result
• Liaise with licensor(s) to understand the brand essence, positioning, heritage, current and future product line directions in order to fit for regional customers insight
• Work closely with country management team to develop product line plans based on consumer insights relevant to the brands, the categories and market trends
• Manage the product development team to design, develop and source the products
• Monitor the whole product approval process and sourcing process to ensure product lines' are in smooth and timely approval
• Ensure the high commercial result, namely in sales revenue and gross profit

• Degree holder in Fashion and Textile or Fashion Design or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Product Development area with Multi-national apparel brands, including at least 3 years experience of managerial capacity for regional role
• Experience in both design and merchandising is highly preferrable
• Demonstrate high standard of product quality, sound creative and commercial sense
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
