• Communicate updated schedule with management in a timely manner
• Arrange logistics including all venues, catering, flights, cars, accommodation, etc.

• Degree holder with five years of working experience in banking and finance area
• Hands-on experience in organizing events and conferences
• Proficient in MS office
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills
• With the ability to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadline
