Our client is a European logistics company and they are now seeking a newly created role- Japanese speaking Logistics Coordinator to join their team. (WC-BC)

• Act as main contact point for Japanese customers
• Handle full sets of I/E documents and logistics arrangement with factories and freight forwarders
• Liaise with Japanese customers, operation team, distribution team and freight forwarders
• Prepare regular reports on shipment status, daily freight movement and order progress

• Diploma in Logistics Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years experience in shipping/ logistics field
• Independent, self-motivated, customer-oriented
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, English and Cantonese

• Attractive salary with double pay
