• To perform general receptionist duties
• Handle incoming calls, greet visitors and operate daily front desk duties in a professional manner
• Handle incoming & outgoing document registration, coordinating office/equipment maintenance & purchasing
• Assist in other ad hoc project & duties

• F.7 or above with 4 years relevant experience preferably
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills with good phone manner
• Pleasant personality, mature, punctual and willing to take additional duties
• Responsible, reliable and can work independently
• Good working attitude and team player
