Our client, a reputable bank is looking for a high calibre incumbent to join them as the Finance Manager, Treasury Accounting (WC-CS):

• Perform and review regular financial analysis on treasury results
• Collate the department global financial information for public disclosures of the Bank
• Communicate with business groups on update of global reporting practice and accounting standards
• Establish and maintain sound financial control environment in treasury reporting, with adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley’s requirements
• Initiate and implement schemes to streamline and automate the existing reporting process

• University graduate
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in treasury industry or banking industry audit or reporting
• Possession of professional accounting qualification, e.g. ACCA or CPA
• Excel at International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements
• A strong interest in market treasury products with some knowledge in structured products and regional exposures are highly desirable
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good interpersonal, communication and strong analytical skills
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, able to cope with tight deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
