• Monitor the team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery
• Manage cash cycle and credit collection
• Forecast on Vendor Managed Inventory
• Refine operation policies and implement action plan to optimize work flow

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant disciplines
• At least 6 years experience in customer service in FMCG is a MUST
• Initiative, proactive and responsive
• Independent with strong leadership skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
