Our client is a well-known multinational FMCG company. Due to business expansion, they are seeking for a newly created Customer Service & Logistics Executive with high calibre, who can grow with the company. (WC-BC)

• Act as an interface with internal departments and trade partners on order processing
• Handle daily operation and follow up on sales orders for timely delivery
• Handle system maintenance
• Assist in reviewing and improving existing logistics/ operation policies and workflow

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant disciplines
• At least 4-6 years experience in customer service in FMCG is a MUST
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good problem solving ability
• Independent, able to work under pressure
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of SAP is a definite advantage
