• Perform general reception duties such as greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner, handle incoming telephone call, etc.
• Carry out general office administrative work such as office equipment and utility maintenance
• Provide data entry, filing and record updating
• All rounded clerical support to HR & Admin Department
• Perform assigned ad-hoc projects

• Form 7 or above with at least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
• Mature, fast-paced, well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and a proven ability to work multi-task, independent and work under pressure
• Willing to work late and some Sat where necessary
• Excellent PC knowledge of MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin preferred
• Immediate available is an advantage
