Our client is a one of Multi-national principle of electronic component vendor specializing in wireless semiconductor development for Consumer Electronic market. To cope with their expansion, they are inviting a high caliber to join them....

• Responsible for overall manage the business performance of the China and HK market
• Identify new business strategy development in China (include HK) region
• Formulating and implementing marketing strategies for exploring new opportunities to ensure the overall performance in sales revenue and profits across the market
• Develop the strategic Business partner engagement and 3rd parties' designed projects engagement; as well as provide project plans and account development plans
• Visit customers, make out visit reports & proposals, and follow up sold projects.
• Build relationships with external and internal partners, which are pertinent to the interests and needs of the company

• Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred education level
• Proven track record of over 10 years related sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years managerial capacity
• Experience of Sales & Business Development in wireless semiconductor products is highly preferred
• Knowledge of competitors and proven business development experience in China Market
• Ability to multi-task and succeed with minimal support and infrastructure focusing on attention to detail and accuracy
• Total customers focus with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin is a must
