• Lead to build value proposition for an existing affluent card
• Develop strategy to drive portfolio profitable growth
• Solicit relevant affluent merchants’ partnership to build the CVP
• Drive clear differentiation against other Core Products & Co-brand products & competitive framework.
• Champion the product by engaging cross-functional teams include Customer Service, Client Relationship, Marketing Communication, Operation, Data Management etc; creating product strategy and materials; assisting with client retention efforts
• On-going assess existing products and features using customer research, competitive, MIS mining and financial analysis to identify and communicate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Monitor product performance to determine ways to improve profitability and cardholder satisfaction.
• Formulate new and control on existing product features to improve resources allocation.

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• 4-5 years solid experience in Affluent cards segment
• Strong entrepreneurship & excellent analytical skills with customer centricity mindset
• Strong in leading seamless & end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns
• Excellent leadership, followership & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, assertive, presentable, & highly adaptable to changes
• Ability to prioritize & handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese for high level of involvement in marketing communications
