• Manage existing accounts
• Formulate strategic business plans and constantly develop new accounts
• Meet with existing clients to understand clients’ needs, in order to propose Adecco’s services and capabilities
• Source candidates and conduct face-to-face interviews
• Manage and further develop candidate base

• University graduate
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in temp/contract recruitment
• Detail and strategic minded
• A hard-working, mature and responsible team player
• Able to work independently and to develop creative business solutions and sources
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
