A world-renowned of investment arm is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join their global IT group in Hong Kong.

• Working with customers to develop solutions to address complex business problems
• Project manage the regional initiatives throughout the project lifecycle and responsible for the coordination with business and functional groups, and the respective IT counterparts
• Act as the onshore subject matter expert for the applications and provide the technical analysis on the complex problems across the businesses and functions
• Coordinate closely with front office, operations, finance & controlling, and IT teams to understand and address all regulatory, trade flow, and operational issues
• Identify process improvements and drill down into the details of the business requirements and understand all aspects of the requirements
• Translate these requirements into detailed and realizable specifications for the development team and ensure the development team understands the business requirements
• Lead the development, writing, and communication of business requirements for the design and implementation of business solutions for initiatives

• Degree holder in Computer Science or similar discipline, with Master degree preferred
• Minimum 6 years experience in financial service industry in requirements gathering as well as business analysis for applications
• Extensive experience with business analysis experience in process improvements and automation will be ideal
• Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills is essential
• Strong experience in developing business cases and project proposal is essential
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are desired qualities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills as well as fluent spoken English and Chinese are a necessity
