Our client is a famous MNC, they are currently looking for high calibre to join their team

• Responsible for daily routine checking in network operation centre, system monitoring and handle internal user enquiries
• Perform network and systems monitoring and surveillance to ensure the service availability
• Perform tier one trouble shooting and problem analysis
• Handle system operation work like backup, report generation, hardware/software upgrades and other system housekeeping work
• Carry out the computer operations tasks according to schedule and stated procedures and record the result on the job sheet
• Provide operational support and coordinate with both internal technical support and external vendor(s)

• Degree holder of related disciplines
• IVE with 3 years of above working experience will also be considered
• An industry recognized certificate
• 2 year relevant experience in SaaS applications preferable.
• knowledge engineering operation internet base messaging system;
• Good computer knowledge of Linux/Unix, network and hardware installation.
• Co-operative, good sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to perform shift duties, including overnight and public holidays shifts
